Accredited Consulting Organisations accredited by APMG-International are the only organisations permitted to use the P3M3 logo in the form of their Accreditation Mark (as shown below).

P3M3® is a registered trade mark of the Cabinet Office

The P3M3 Accreditation Mark as shown above is exclusively for use by P3M3 Accredited Consulting Organisations as a benefit of accreditation, and cannot be licensed for use by any other organisations or individuals.

Licensing of P3M3 Intellectual Property

The P3M3 standard was developed and published by the the Cabinet Office. Copyright of all material published by the Cabinet Office, or on the Cabinet Office's behalf, is owned by the Crown. Copyright protection applies to all the Cabinet Office's material in any media, wherever it is accessed or available. If you wish to reuse Cabinet Office Crown copyright material please read the following:

Crown copyright material may only be used under licence from the Cabinet Office. Similarly the trade marks associated with P3M3 are owned by the Cabinet Office and a licence is required to re-use them.

P3M3 Accredited Consulting Organisations are licensed to use the P3M3 Accreditation mark and Copyright in accredited and marketing activities relating directly to their accredited offerings. Accredited organisations wishing to use the Cabinet Office's intellectual property for any other purpose must apply to APM Group for a Trade Mark (and Copyright) Licence.

Unaccredited organisations and individuals must apply to APM Group for a Trade Mark (and Copyright) Licence if they wish to use the P3M3 trade mark (word mark) or Crown copyright relating to it.

All of the P3M3 logos must be accompanied by the following acknowledgement statements:

In the case of websites, the correct logo symbology must appear on each web page where the logo appears. The acknowledgement statement may be shown either on each page where the logo appears or be referenced on an acknowledgements/copyright page, accessible via a link on each page.
